Question 1

What types of products does Bio Green Wax supply?

Accepted Answer

We supply a comprehensive range of edible oils (sunflower, palm, coconut, rapeseed, olive), plant-based waxes (soy wax, palm stearin), industrial waxes (paraffin, microcrystalline, PE wax), and custom wax blends for various industries.

Question 2

Can you provide custom wax blends?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we specialise in creating custom wax blends tailored to your specific requirements. Our technical team works closely with clients to develop formulations that meet exact melting points, hardness, and other specifications.

Question 3

Are your products certified?

Accepted Answer

Certification depends on the product and its source. Certificates such as RSPO or ISO 9001 apply to specific grades and producers, and some are held by the partner companies that supply on our behalf, so we confirm which ones cover your product before quoting. Specifications, COAs and food-grade documents are provided per product where applicable. Visit our Certifications page for details.

Question 4

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Minimum order quantities vary by product. For edible oils, we typically require a minimum of 1 metric tonne. For waxes and wax blends, minimums start from 500kg. Please contact our sales team for specific product MOQs.

Question 5

How do I request a quote?

Question 7

Which countries do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

Bio Green Wax supplies customers internationally and reviews each destination before quoting. Tell us the delivery country and port, and we will confirm the route, Incoterms and shipping documents for the chosen product.

Accepted Answer

Delivery times depend on the destination and product availability. For UK deliveries, typical lead time is 3-5 business days. International shipments usually take 2-6 weeks depending on the route and shipping method.

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide end-to-end temperature-controlled distribution for products that require it, such as edible oils and certain wax products. This ensures product quality is maintained throughout the supply chain.

Question 10

Can you provide technical data sheets (TDS) for your products?
