Polishes & Coatings
Bio Green Wax supplies premium waxes that form the foundation of high-quality polishes, surface coatings, and protective finishes across automotive, furniture, floor care, leather, and industrial applications. Our waxes deliver exceptional gloss, hardness, buffability, and long-lasting protection.
Our polishes and coatings portfolio includes Carnauba Wax, Beeswax, Microcrystalline Wax, Fully Refined Paraffin Wax, Polyethylene Wax (PE Wax), and Fischer-Tropsch (FT) Wax. These products are available in various grades, particle sizes, and emulsion forms to suit diverse polish and coating formulations.
Carnauba Wax — known as the "queen of waxes" — is the cornerstone of premium polishes, providing unmatched hardness, brilliant gloss, and excellent durability. It is essential in automotive polishes, floor waxes, shoe polishes, and furniture care products. Beeswax adds depth, workability, and a warm natural finish, making it ideal for wood care, leather conditioning, and heritage restoration products.
Microcrystalline Wax provides superior adhesion, flexibility, and water resistance in protective coatings for metal, wood, and stone surfaces. PE Wax and FT Wax serve as abrasion-resistant additives in industrial coatings, providing scratch protection and controlled matting effects.
We also supply wax emulsions and dispersions for water-based polish formulations, enabling easy application and environmental compliance without compromising performance. Our emulsions offer excellent stability, consistent particle size distribution, and compatibility with a wide range of polish and coating systems.
All products meet stringent quality specifications and are supplied with full technical documentation. Bio Green Wax's experienced team can advise on wax selection, blending ratios, and emulsion preparation to help you develop superior polish and coating products for your target market.

Products for Polishes & Coatings

Carnauba Wax
Carnauba wax (CAS 8015-86-9, INCI Copernicia Cerifera Wax) is harvested from the leaves of the Brazilian carnauba palm. Melting at 82 to 86 degrees Celsius, it is the hardest natural wax in commercial use and gives the highest gloss.

Beeswax
Beeswax (CAS 8012-89-3 yellow, 8006-40-4 white; INCI Cera Flava and Cera Alba) is secreted by worker honeybees to build comb. It melts at 61 to 65 degrees Celsius and is the reference natural wax for candles, cosmetics and polishes.

Microcrystalline Wax
Microcrystalline wax (CAS 63231-60-7) is petroleum wax made of branched and cyclic hydrocarbons rather than straight chains. The irregular molecules cannot pack neatly, so it forms tiny crystals and is flexible and tacky where paraffin is brittle.

Fully Refined Paraffin Wax (50-68°C)
Fully refined paraffin wax (CAS 8002-74-2) is petroleum wax hydrotreated to below 0.5 percent oil content. Supplied in melting grades from 50 to 68 degrees Celsius, it is odourless, white and approved for food contact.

Polyethylene Wax (PE wax)
Polyethylene wax (CAS 9002-88-4) is low molecular weight polyethylene melting between about 100 and 130 degrees Celsius. Added at one to three percent it hardens a candle, raises gloss and helps hold fragrance and colour in place.

Fischer-Tropsch (FT) wax
Fischer‑Tropsch (FT) wax is a high‑purity synthetic paraffin wax produced from syngas, offering high melting point, low viscosity, and excellent hardness for demanding applications in plastics, coatings, inks, adhesives, and bitumen modification
