Soy-Beeswax-Paraffin Wax Blend

About This Product
This is a three-component formulated blend of hydrogenated soybean oil, beeswax and refined paraffin, supplied as flakes or slabs and specified by melting point, congealing point, oil content and blend ratio rather than by any single constituent. Each of the three has a clear weakness on its own. Soy wax is renewable and sticks well to glass but is soft, frosts and gives modest fragrance throw. Beeswax is firm, long-burning and natural but expensive, poor at adhering to glass and carries its own aroma. Paraffin gives the best surface finish and throw but is wholly petroleum-derived. A three-way blend lets the formulation be tuned rather than compromised: the soy fraction carries renewable content and adhesion, the beeswax fraction lifts hardness, burn time and perceived quality, and a modest paraffin fraction restores the smooth top surface and scent performance that the two natural waxes give up. The trade-off is complexity, since each ratio behaves differently and wick sizing must be established for the specific blend rather than inferred. It is used in premium container candles, tins and jars, gift and luxury candle ranges and in private-label production. Bio Green Wax supplies this blend to specification on blend ratio, melting point, congealing point, oil content, colour and fragrance load.
